Our vision is to "inspire excellence" by delivering actionable insights to our clients that strategically impact the improvement of their customer experience. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Fieldwork Coordinator for the Nordic markets, who preferably lives in Sweden, Norway or Denmark! It is a freelance contracted relationship with us, where you can work fully flexibly, and get paid based on number of scheduled & completed shops. So both in location and work schedule you are independent, we provide the assignments, and follow-up with results progress monthly, and pay based on completions.

Requirements

  • Speak English and preferably Nordic language (Swedish or Danish) fluently.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to explain tasks in an inspiring way.
  • Patient, proactive and enjoy managing and organizing in your own rhythm, and able to deliver results on deadline.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prefer working from home on your own schedule, and be result oriented and responsible.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably lives in Sweden, Norway or Denmark.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the scheduling of mystery shopping visits according to project guidelines and deadlines with 100% timely completion.
  • Participating in project briefings and understanding specific evaluator requirements.
  • Applying relevant scheduling methods (manual assignments, self-assignments) and related processes.
  • Understanding and using different follow-up methods and adhering to related processes such as cancelling assignments and updating due dates.
  • Monitoring completion rates and reporting potential scheduling issues proactively.
  • Assisting in ensuring full project completion in line with client expectations and allocated budgets.
  • Working in line with provided budget limitations to ensure profitability, requesting for approval in case of bonus is needed.
  • Scheduling the best evaluators for the mystery shop visits for various projects on the Nordic markets.
  • Following-up to ensure the completion of visits and reports.
  • Performing mystery shop visits yourself (willing to travel within the Nordic markets - owning a car, travel expenses will be reimbursed).
  • The active recruiting of new evaluators to sign up for our actual and upcoming projects.
