About The Position

Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a dynamic Field Training Consultant to join their team. This role involves training new agents within the state of Kansas and collaborating with a team of 15 other trainers across multiple states. The position requires a self-driven, team player with a flexible schedule, who can support problem-solving and solution-based selling skills to sales-driven individuals. Occasional travel across Kansas is expected, and strong candidates will have previous insurance sales background and thrive working autonomously.

Requirements

College degree (Business or Marketing degree preferred) plus five relevant experience required.
Must have or be able to attain FINRA Series SIE, 6 and 63.
Must be licensed in all product lines offered by the company in the state currently assigned (Life & Health, Property/Casualty, Commercial, etc.).
Excellent people skills with the ability to work well with the agents/registered representatives in a multi-line exclusive agent channel.
Good problem solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.

Insurance/financial service and sales experience preferred.
Preferred location is the state of Kansas.
