About The Position

Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a dynamic Field Training Consultant to train new agents within the state of New Mexico. This role involves collaborating with other trainers across multiple states and requires a self-driven, team-oriented individual. The position offers a flexible schedule to support problem-solving and solution-based selling skills for sales-driven individuals. Occasional travel within New Mexico is expected, and candidates should thrive working autonomously. Requirements

College degree (Business or Marketing degree preferred) plus five relevant experience required.
Must have or be able to attain FINRA Series SIE, 6 and 63.
Must be licensed in all product lines offered by the company in the state currently assigned (Life & Health, Property/Casualty, Commercial, etc.).
Excellent people skills with the ability to work well with the agents/registered representatives in a multi-line exclusive agent channel.
Must have good problem solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required.
Frequent travel (up to 50%) is required (including the occasional overnight).
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.
Must be located in the state of New Mexico.

Insurance/financial service and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Train new agents within the state of New Mexico.
Collaborate with 15 other trainers across multi-states.
Support problem solving and solution based selling skills to sales driven individuals.
Conduct training that requires occasional travel across the state of New Mexico.
