About The Position

The Field Trainer position is an entry-level role responsible for learning, operating, and training on various software systems used by the company to perform and enhance best practices. This job requires travel to work with various branches for onboarding and training. Building and conducting trainings is a priority for this position and requires excellent public speaking, organizational, and computer skills, as well as content knowledge. This role involves working closely with other departments to strategize, provide insight, and train on new processes.

Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills preferred
Analytical and methodical when approaching challenges
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Suite
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on urgency

Responsibilities

Travel to Branch locations to train and instruct internal employees as needed
Conduct new hire trainings
Be a subject matter expert on software programs
Manage and create LMS (Learning Management System) modules
Create virtual trainings and conduct them independently
Co-conduct corporate trainings
Answer training helpdesk tickets
Work closely with the support center departments to assist with operational trainings
Willingness to travel up to 75% of your working time
Regular and reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this position
