About The Position

The Field Trainer position is an entry-level position that assumes the responsibility of learning, operating, and training on various software systems that the company utilizes to perform and enhance best practices. This job requires some travel to work with various branches in onboarding and training. Building and conducting trainings is a priority for this position and requires excellent public speaking, organizational and computer skills as well as content knowledge. This role requires working closely with other departments to strategize, provide insight and train on new processes.

Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills preferred
Analytical and methodical when approaching challenges
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Suite
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on urgency

Willingness to travel up to 75% of your working time

Responsibilities

Travel to Branch locations to train and instruct internal employees as needed
Conduct new hire trainings
Be a subject matter expert on software programs
Manage and create LMS (Learning Management System) modules
Create virtual trainings and conduct them independently
Co-conduct corporate trainings
Answer training helpdesk tickets
Work closely with the support center departments to assist with operational trainings
