Requirements

• Collaborative and comfortable following structured processes while contributing ideas
• Detail-oriented, conscientious, and focused on maintaining high standards
• Skilled at building trust with clients and teammates
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license (reimbursement provided)

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations
• Build and manage a personal book of business
• Mentor and train new team members, providing guidance and clear direction
• Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure consistent service
• Collaborate with management to set goals, track progress, and support team performance
