About The Position
Our agricultural Research Center is looking to hire 2 Field helpers to assist our Farm Crew Ag Assistants with field preparations for research purposes. This position is year-round and 100% outdoors.
Requirements
- Must be over 18
- Must have a Driver's License
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must have reliable transportation to our Balm/ Wimauma, FL location
- Must have a good attitude and positive personality
- Willing to work in a team environment with people from all different backgrounds

Responsibilities
- Hooking up drip tape
- PVC repairs
- Tying and planting tomatoes and/or other crops
- Changing water filters in different field blocks
- Cleaning up fields
- Pulling plastic from different field blocks
