About The Position

As a Field Technician in Water Operations, you will work hands-on in the field setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities. Work schedules rotate depending on location and project needs. The employer provides training and does not require prior experience.

The position is field-based and full-time. It may involve 12-hour shifts, travel to job sites and overnight stays as required, and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments.

Nice To Haves

• Prior oil and gas or water transfer experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down pumps, piping, and related systems.
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
• Monitor fluid levels and pressures, and perform equipment checks.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company standard operating procedures.
• Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team.
• Travel to job sites as needed, often with overnight stays.
