About The Position

The Field Technician – Water Operations works hands-on at field sites setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities. The role is field-based and full-time, with rotating schedules depending on location and project needs. Twelve-hour shifts may be required. Travel to job sites, often including overnight stays, is required as needed. Work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments.

Nice To Haves

• Prior oil and gas or water transfer experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down pumps, piping, and related systems.
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
• Monitor fluid levels and pressures, and perform equipment checks.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs.
• Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team.
• Travel to job sites as needed, often with overnight stays.
