About The Position

Kept Companies is hiring a Field Technician to perform pressure washing and industrial cleaning services for commercial properties, fleets, sidewalks, buildings, and equipment. The position also involves cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust hood systems and assisting with pavement marking and line striping projects. The technician operates and maintains specialized trucks and field service equipment, and loads, transports, and unloads materials at job sites. The role requires following safety procedures, troubleshooting basic equipment issues, and working efficiently outdoors in varying weather conditions while providing high-quality service to clients. Travel between job sites is required. Extended or unusual hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required when necessary or in an emergency.

Kept Companies is a commercial cleaning and maintenance company with nine brands and over 100 locations nationwide, serving industries including restaurants, solar, retail, transportation, and supermarkets. It provides services including commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently.
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior pressure washing or similar field service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks and professional equipment.
• Load and unload materials.
• Pressure wash buildings, sidewalks, vehicles, and equipment.
• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust hoods and related systems.
• Assist with pavement marking and line striping projects.
• Operate and maintain pressure washing, striping, and field service equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues with tools and equipment.
• Load, transport, and unload materials at job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and environments.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Travel from one site to another as required.
