Field Technician - TS/SCI with Polygraph
About The Position
Performs a variety of technical tasks and provides site support. Modifies, moves, and installs a range of new equipment. Troubleshoots a variety of hardware and software problems and interconnectivity issues. Performs a variety of integrity testing and interviews customers to gather information about problems. Prepares and presents a variety of incident/performance reports to the customer and to the service delivery manager. Provides advice and a variety of onsite training for customer support personnel. May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals. May serve as a team or task leader. (Not a people manager)
Requirements
- AA/AS (or equivalent experience), 4+ years of experience
- Security+ CE or another 8570 Cert
- PWS 9.1 cert
- Active TS/SCI must be able to obtain and maintain a polygraph
