About The Position

As a CSSO, you’ll support mission-critical classified programs and help ensure day-to-day security operations remain compliant with government requirements. Manage personnel and contract security activities, including onboarding and offboarding, clearance requests, account management, and scheduling. Maintain accurate personnel security information in DISS and internal security systems. Support physical security and SCIF operations, including visitor access, escorting, access control, and electronic device procedures. Potentially assist with new SCIF buildouts and ongoing facility security requirements. Work closely with government customers and internal teams to address security needs, maintain compliance, and support classified program operations. Balance security requirements and priorities across multiple contracts and programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a CSSO supporting personnel security and multiple classified government programs in support of the MPO.
  • Experience with government security systems, including DISS.
  • Knowledge of SCIF operations, physical security, visitor control, access procedures, and escort requirements.
  • Experience with contract security administration and government account management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a classified environment.
  • Experience with various agency-specific request processes.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
