Data Scientist, TS//SCI with Counterinteligence Polygraph Required

AccreteAlexandria, VA
$140,000 - $170,000Onsite

About The Position

Accrete is an agentic managed services company that utilizes an AI workforce to perform high-stakes, judgment-heavy work for government and enterprise clients, aiming for the economics of software rather than labor. At its core is Accrete’s Knowledge Engine, a dynamic context graph that captures an organization’s tacit knowledge, resolves data across silos, and builds a living, auditable ground truth. Expert agents reason against this ground truth to act on complex, high-stakes decisions. The company delivers work on a single platform with unlimited expert agents and expert judgment, serving sectors from national security to commercial operations. As a Data Scientist Mid, you will be integral to data management, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows. Your responsibilities will include administering and maintaining data management tools, supporting data ingestion and organization, monitoring data quality, developing analytical products, and ensuring users and technical teams derive maximum value from mission data. This role demands a blend of skills in managing data systems and analyzing the data within them. You will engage with large, complex, and often unstructured datasets, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, proper organization, and readiness for operational and analytical use cases. Collaboration with engineers, AI/ML teams, product teams, and government customers is key to understanding requirements, troubleshooting data issues, developing analytics, and continuously improving data workflows.
