About The Position

The Field Technician III performs silo and bin cleaning and material transfer operations across the agriculture, railroad, and grain processing industries. The role involves hands-on, physically demanding work in outdoor, all-weather environments, including confined spaces and locations that may be at heights or underground. Technicians use full personal protective equipment and may occasionally respond to hazardous-material incidents or emergency cleanups. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• CDL Class A or B.
• Comfort working in physically demanding, dirty, and confined environments.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and team mentality.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb, kneel, and work in confined spaces.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use tools such as grinders, jacks, chains, and pulleys.
• Must comply with OSHA 1910.120 HAZWOPER training; training is provided by the company if needed.

• Experience in construction, farming, landscaping, or similar outdoor labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform silo and bin cleaning from side or top entry using vacuum systems and specialized tools.
• Assist with material transfers using industrial vacuum systems.
• Scrape, clean, and move materials in confined spaces.
• Operate hand and power tools, pressure washers, and small equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and confined-space entry procedures.
• Report job findings to supervisors and work independently or as part of a crew.
• Maintain and properly use personal protective equipment and company equipment.
• Occasionally respond to hazardous-material incidents or emergency cleanups.
