About The Position

The Field Technician 1 delivers and sets up the Company’s rental equipment at customer locations and performs preventative maintenance and field service safely and efficiently. The position also operates Company vehicles while pulling trailers and equipment, completes starting and charging repairs on internal-combustion-engine-powered equipment, and responds to the Company-issued cell phone during on-call hours in accordance with Company and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Work with ethics, honesty, values, and integrity, and demonstrate professionalism to others.
• Deliver, set up, swap, and fuel equipment at customer locations.
• Operate Company vehicles while pulling trailers and equipment in accordance with policy and safety procedures.
• Complete starting and charging repairs on internal-combustion-engine-powered equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service on equipment.
• Use electrical tools, safety devices, and equipment in accordance with policy and safety procedures.
• Follow procedures to complete Short Service Employee requirements.
• Complete required monthly safety and equipment-related training.
• Answer the Company-issued cell phone during on-call hours in accordance with Company and safety policies.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, or tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
