About The Position

The Field Technician 1 delivers and sets up the Company’s rental equipment at customer locations and performs preventative maintenance and field service on equipment safely and efficiently. The role also involves operating Company vehicles while pulling trailers and equipment, completing repairs on internal combustion engine-powered equipment, and following Company policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, swap, and fuel equipment at customer locations.
• Operate Company vehicles while pulling trailers and equipment in accordance with policy and safety procedures.
• Complete starting and charging repairs on internal combustion engine (ICE)-powered equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service on equipment in the field.
• Use electrical tools, safety devices, and equipment in accordance with policy and safety procedures.
• Follow procedures to complete Short Service Employee requirements.
• Complete required monthly safety and equipment-related trainings.
• Answer the Company-issued cell phone during on-call hours in accordance with Company and safety policies.
• Work with ethics, honesty, values, and integrity, and present a professional demeanor to others.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, or tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
