About The Position

The Field Technician 1 delivers and sets up the Company’s rental equipment at customer locations and performs preventative maintenance and service on equipment in the field safely and efficiently. The role also includes operating Company vehicles while towing trailers and equipment, completing starting and charging repairs on internal combustion engine (ICE)-powered equipment, and responding to the Company-issued cell phone during on-call hours in accordance with Company and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Work with ethics, honesty, values, and integrity, and maintain professionalism.
• Deliver, set up, swap, and fuel equipment at customer locations.
• Operate Company vehicles while pulling trailers and equipment in accordance with policy and safety procedures.
• Complete starting and charging repairs on internal combustion engine (ICE)-powered equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service on equipment.
• Use electrical tools, safety devices, and equipment in accordance with policy and safety procedures.
• Follow procedures to complete Short Service Employee requirements.
• Complete required monthly safety and equipment-related training.
• Answer the Company-issued cell phone during on-call hours in accordance with Company and safety policies.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, or tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
