About The Position

Ideal candidate will provide desktop support to the Advent Health Physicians Group, personnel including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff while the hospital is still being built out. There are two 11801 South Fwy, I-35W, Burleson, Texas, 76028 A typical day includes providing a high level of customer service at all times, mostly around adding User groups, adding printers, resetting passwords, re-imaging laptops, and basic in person support. Advent Health is looking for a Technician to assist their Field Services team with the building out of their Huguley and Killeen hospital called Texas Health (a Joint Venture with THR and Advent). This will be supporting several upcoming go-live projects, including our Inpatient Women's Expansion, Outpatient Women's Center, and Free-Standing ED. Additional support with imaging, TDR testing, IT ticket resolution, and go-live activities would be greatly beneficial.
