About The Position

The technical consultant develops and delivers training courses to instruct clients and technical staff on the installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) products. The successful candidate will also be required to respond to technical support requests.

Requirements

  • Installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of HVAC products.
  • Respond to technical support requests.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HVAC units.
  • Conduct site visits to assist technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
  • Develop and update training courses and materials.
  • Establish course content and learning objectives.
  • Prepare course syllabus, lesson plans, and student manuals.
  • Coordinate the development of training materials.
  • Determine training needs.
  • Develop measures to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Update course materials regularly.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying customer needs.
  • Responding to technical support requests.
  • Assisting our dealers in troubleshooting technical issues related to our units.
  • When necessary, conducting site visits to assist dealer technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to our units.
  • Participating in the development and updating of training courses and materials.
  • Participating in establishing course content and learning objectives for technicians.
  • Preparing the course syllabus, lesson plans, student manuals, and coordinating the development of training materials.
  • Determining training needs.
  • Developing measures to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
  • Updating course materials regularly to ensure content relevance.
  • Organizing training sessions using all available methods.
