Requirements

Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Pride in your work and a strong eye for detail.
A drive to grow, learn, and take ownership of your craft.
Safe Driving Record Required.
At least three years of U.S. driving experience.
No major violations in the past three years, such as DUIs, reckless driving, or license suspensions.
A record free of multiple recent moving violations or preventable accidents.

Nice To Haves

HVAC install experience (preferred but not required-we'll train the right go-getter!)

Responsibilities

Install high-efficiency HVAC systems in residential homes.
Coordinate with dispatch, your manager, and fellow techs to ensure smooth job completion.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and job-ready company truck.
Complete digital paperwork accurately and on time.
Stay current with certifications and training.
Deliver professional service to customers.
