About The Position

Hulcher Resources is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician II with a Class A CDL for an entry-to-intermediate-level role supporting yard operations through maintenance tasks. The position involves working outdoors, traveling, operating equipment, and contributing to challenging industrial services projects. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
Intermediate proficiency, including the ability to work as part of a team and understand instructions.
Ability to operate tools and equipment such as pulleys, vises, mechanic rollers, and welding equipment.

Nice To Haves

At least 3 years of experience in construction, electrical work, landscaping, farming, or similar outdoor occupations.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair equipment such as pumps, gauges, pipes, and valves.
Complete work under the Facilities Maintenance contract, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction, and asphalt tasks.
Perform varied maintenance and construction duties using problem-solving skills and independent decision-making.
Carry, move, and use hand and power tools and operate pressure washers.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Communicate findings to the chain of command and follow instructions.
Operate pickup trucks and small equipment.
Learn and follow company policies, safety protocols, and procedures, including those for handling hazardous materials.
Maintain accurate equipment service records.
Use and safeguard company tools appropriately.
Occasionally respond to hazardous material emergencies, environmental remediation callouts, and confined-space incidents.
Participate in environmental operations and maintain regulatory compliance.
Perform other incidental and related duties as necessary.
