About The Position

Help make warehouses safer by inspecting pallet racking systems at customer facilities. This field-based role involves visiting distribution centers, industrial warehouses, and other customer sites to assess rack damage, collect accurate measurements and photographs, and document findings. The resulting survey information supports estimating, engineering, and sales teams in preparing accurate project quotes and customer solutions. The role requires frequent travel throughout an assigned territory, independent work in active warehouse and industrial environments, accurate digital documentation, and adherence to customer and company safety requirements. Travel is required 100% of the time.

Requirements

At least 2 years of fieldwork or site inspection experience in industrial services, construction, warehousing, or a related environment.
Comfort working in active warehouse settings and navigating large facilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to collect and document accurate information.
Ability to work independently.
Valid driver's license.
Comfort walking through large facilities and accessing lower rack components for inspections.
Ability to perform activities that may involve lifting up to 25 lbs, crouching, or kneeling.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

Visit distribution centers, industrial warehouses, and other customer facilities to survey pallet racking systems.
Collect measurements, photographs, and observations of rack damage using an iPad and other mobile tools.
Document damage and site conditions according to company standards.
Prepare complete survey records to support project estimating and quoting.
Work with estimating, engineering, and sales teams to ensure field information is complete and processed efficiently.
Submit accurate, high-quality documentation to connect on-site operations with internal teams.
Coordinate with field support specialists to support dealer and customer opportunities.
Record site visits and customer interactions in a CRM such as HubSpot.
Submit survey documentation promptly to keep the quoting process moving.
Travel throughout the assigned territory, as travel is required 100% of the time.
Work independently in active warehouse and industrial environments.
Follow customer site safety rules, company procedures, and applicable PPE requirements.
