Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Self-motivated problem-solver who can troubleshoot issues independently.
• Networking fundamentals — understanding of basic networking concepts such as Ethernet, Wi-Fi, IP addresses, routers, switches, and connectivity issues.
• Comfortable providing hands-on technical support at client locations

Nice To Haves

• Experience or familiarity with IT, networking, Wi-Fi, computer hardware, and basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.
• If you’re comfortable working with technology, figuring out how things work, and solving problems, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Learn POS systems through our comprehensive training program
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues remotely and on-site
• Install and deploy cutting-edge retail systems
• Travel to Client sites (company vehicle provided)
• Be the expert who gets businesses back up and running when systems go down
• Lead installation projects from delivery through documentation
• Maintain critical inventory systems
