The role also involves performing field support requirements such as photographing equipment, capturing dimensions, noting obstructions, and documenting issues with pictures and descriptions. Additionally, the Field Support Tech will create drawings using captured dimensions, upload all relevant documentation to the job tracker, and inform the Inside Sales Account Manager upon completion of measures. Phone and computer work are essential for coordinating and documenting these tasks.
