About The Position

This role is an entry-level position at Bonfe, designed as a gateway to a career in the trades. The Field Support Specialist will drive a Bonfe-supplied truck to deliver critical parts to technicians, learn on the job, and gain hands-on exposure to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and drain trades. This position offers paid training and career development opportunities, with the potential to become a certified trades professional. Requirements

• A willingness to grow and learn.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• A team-player attitude and a desire to succeed in a growing, family-oriented business.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in warehouse work, parts running, or trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential parts to Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Technicians on job sites.
• Maintain communication with the Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless support.
• Keep company trucks clean, organized, and stocked with necessary inventory.
• Participate in on-call rotations to serve our customers when they need us most.
• Support shop organization and cleanliness.
• Attend training sessions to develop professional skills and explore career paths in the trades.
