About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Field Support Specialist to support our property management and leasing teams with field responsibilities. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, interacting with prospective tenants, and gaining hands-on experience in property management and leasing.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, field-based schedule
• Detail-oriented with a customer-service mindset
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Interest in property management or leasing preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned properties to conduct showings for prospective tenants
• Perform inspections of vacant units and report property conditions
• Assist with property listings, signage placement, and lockbox setup
• Support leasing and property management teams with daily tasks
• Ensure properties are clean, secure, and presentable prior to showings
