About The Position
Coastal Security Services, Inc. is seeking Field Support Officers based in Beaufort County, South Carolina. This hands-on role supports client accounts and site staff and provides backup coverage where needed. The position involves filling open shifts, helping officers and supervisors, training and coaching site staff, and visiting sites to check on personnel and equipment. Officers are expected to make sound decisions in the field and involve leadership when appropriate. Day, mid, and night shift opportunities are available, and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities
- Fill open shifts across sites when an officer is unavailable.
- Support officers and supervisors wherever coverage is needed to help sites run smoothly.
- Train, coach, and support site staff, including helping new officers and supervisors get up to speed.
- Visit sites regularly to check in on personnel and equipment.
- Make sound decisions in the field and involve leadership when appropriate.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
