About The Position
Vay is developing urban mobility services powered by remote-driving technology, with operations in Las Vegas and plans to expand across the US and Europe. The part-time Field Support Agent helps keep Vay’s vehicle fleet clean, charged, balanced, and ready for deployment. The role also supports vehicle testing and training and contributes to delivering a reliable customer experience in Las Vegas. Pay is $15 per hour plus a performance-based bonus, paid bi-weekly. Multiple shift patterns are available.
Requirements
- Hold a valid US driver’s license and have held it for at least two years.
- Be flexible with shift patterns.
- Pass a drug screening, including THC screening.
- Be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong troubleshooting mindset.
- Be resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.

Responsibilities
- Rebalance vehicles to key locations across Las Vegas to support fleet availability.
- Charge, clean, and perform quality checks on vehicles.
- Act as a safety driver during vehicle training and testing sessions.
- Complete checklists and documentation to certify vehicles are safe and ready for on-road deployment.
- Occasionally deliver vehicles directly to customers and assist with pickups.
