About The Position
Vay is hiring a Field Support Agent to help operate its remote-driving mobility service in Las Vegas. The role supports the vehicle fleet and helps bring autonomous driving technology to life by preparing vehicles for customer use, supporting vehicle testing and training, and contributing to a safe, reliable customer experience. Pay is $15 per hour plus a performance-based bonus, paid bi-weekly.
Requirements
- Hold a valid US driver’s license and have held it for a minimum of two years.
- Be flexible with shift patterns.
- Pass a drug screening, including THC.
- Be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong troubleshooting mindset.
- Be resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic, technology-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Rebalance vehicles to key locations across Las Vegas to ensure optimal fleet availability.
- Charge, clean, and perform quality checks on vehicles.
- Act as a safety driver during vehicle training and testing sessions.
- Complete checklists and documentation to certify vehicles are safe and ready for on-road deployment.
- Occasionally deliver vehicles directly to customers and assist with pickups.
