North Carolina Field Supervisors are experienced educational leaders; including former superintendents, principals, directors, and instructional leaders; who provide coaching, guidance, observation feedback, and compliance support to teacher interns throughout their certification journey. Field Supervisors play a critical role in developing teacher effectiveness by building strong relationships with interns, campus administrators, and Teachers of Tomorrow staff while ensuring program, state, and documentation requirements are met with professionalism and consistency. This role offers flexibility in workload and scheduling while requiring strong communication, organization, responsiveness, instructional leadership, and technology skills.
