Requirements

This candidate must take pride in their appearance as well as have a professional image.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, be able to pass a background and drug screen and have a valid driver's license.
Observational Skills, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity, Safety Management, and Professionalism.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time; be able to climb multiple stairs; be able to respond to emergencies promptly; be able to lift heavy objects.
A valid ID/DL is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of previous security experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure guards are performing duties correctly and maintaining post standards.
Monitor security operations across multiple locations, adjusting staffing and assignments as needed.
Ensure all posts are properly staffed, equipped, and functioning.
Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
