About The Position

Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking a Site Coordinator responsible for the day-to-day progress of customer location job activities. This role involves ensuring the proficiency of equipment, material, resources, and project progress. The Site Coordinator will inspect work sites and project activities, implement health and safety work practices, and report any project or onsite safety deficiencies to Operations. Travel to assigned site locations for safety inspections is also required.

Requirements

• Ability to pass drug, alcohol, background, and motor vehicle checks
• 3+ years of experience of industrial site management
• Possess or be eligible to get a TWIC card
• Progressive Safety experience - minimum OSHA 10 hour certificate
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods of time
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Computer proficient
• Exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall progress of customer location job activities on day to day basis
• Ensure equipment, material, resources, and progress of a project(s) are proficient
• Inspect the work site, and project activities
• Implement work practices for health and safety hazards
• Report any project and/or onsite safety deficiencies to Operations on overall safety and health activities at assigned locations
• Travel to assigned site locations to conduct safety inspections as needed
