NYRBS Field Supervisors are responsible for supervising and supporting a team of in-school survey administrators who will be administering a school-based computerized surveys to students. This role involves recruiting, hiring, and retaining field staff, preparing work assignments to ensure cost-effective field implementation, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and attainment of established performance requirements. The supervisor will review production, time, and expense reports, provide feedback to staff on their performance, and work with staff to proactively identify challenges and recommend possible solutions. They will also participate in weekly conference calls with a project supervisor and conduct weekly conference calls with their assigned staff. Additionally, the Field Supervisor will serve as a liaison between RTI project management and the field team, use a project-provided laptop computer, maintain good communication with staff, submit timely and accurate Time & Expense reports, and ensure staff follow protocol when conducting surveys in-schools.
