About The Position

The Field Supervisor provides daily supervision of employees in the streets division, including planning, scheduling, organizing, supervising, and reviewing their work. The position assists with safety, equipment, and operational training for divisional personnel and helps maintain necessary records, materials, and supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of experience in maintenance and repair of city streets and drainage facilities.
• Valid Texas Driver's License Class “A” with a good driving record.
• Work Zone Safety Certification through IMSA or TEEX.
• Must possess and maintain a Tanker Endorsement.
• Must complete City-required Excavation and Trenching Safety training.
• Any combination of education, training, experience, and professional skills that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
