About The Position

The Field Superintendent oversees product installations throughout the North Alabama region, exceeding customer expectations while maximizing profitability. The role works with in-house staff and subcontractors to ensure project quality and safety standards are met, coordinate product and equipment availability with customers and installation teams, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate problems as necessary.

The primary focus is on larger projects, working directly with general contractors and customers and being on-site frequently throughout the process. The Field Superintendent also provides technical expertise to sales personnel and works with the administrative support team to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• A 2-year degree combined with 3 years of relevant experience, or a similar combination of experience and education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage projects.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Commitment to a culture of safety and quality.
• Availability for occasional overnight travel (10–20%).

Nice To Haves

• A degree in construction management.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
