About The Position

The Field Superintendent oversees product installations throughout the North Alabama region, with responsibility for exceeding customer expectations and maximizing profitability. The role works with in-house staff and subcontractors to ensure project quality and safety standards are met, coordinate product and equipment availability with customers and installation teams, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate problems as needed.

The position primarily focuses on larger projects and involves frequent on-site work throughout the project process, directly coordinating with general contractors and customers. The Field Superintendent also provides technical expertise to sales personnel and works with the administrative support team to improve efficiency and productivity. Occasional overnight travel, approximately 10–20%, is required due to the size of the territory.

Requirements

• A two-year degree and three years of relevant experience, or a similar combination of experience and education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage projects.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Commitment to a culture of safety and quality.
• Availability for occasional overnight travel, approximately 10–20%.
