About The Position
Our Medline ReNewal Division is hiring for a Field Services Representative (40 hours/week) in the Grand Rapids, MI area! Medline ReNewal gets used medical devices and reprocesses them resulting in less waste in landfills and savings to facilities that buy reprocessed devices at a fraction of the original cost.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record (ex. minimal, minor or zero infractions on Motor Vehicle Report) and ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facility if within driving distance.
- Credentialing/hospital certification to access assigned facilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
- Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
- Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
- Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
