Job Summary The Technical Field Services Manager as a member of the Compass ESFM group, will manage & maintain all aspects of the industrial kitchen equipment inventory at their assigned site locations. The TSM is responsible for preventative maintenance, on-demand (reactive) repair, leads and supports a team of field technicians responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment across designated customer locations. This role drives organized, efficient operations by compiling/overseeing daily & weekly scheduling, coordinating service activities, validating required work-scope completion and ensuring clear, detailed & timely communication amongst technicians, clients, and internal teams. The manager provides technical guidance, drives a culture of safety and accountability, and ensures high‑quality service delivery, fostering strong customer relationships.
