Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise Field Service Technicians and Engineers in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of water/wastewater treatment equipment.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and service project execution to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Implement and enforce Inframark Field Service Standards & Best Practices to optimize service delivery.
  • Manage equipment, tools, and asset inventory, ensuring availability for field operations.
  • Enforce and implement safety policies and ensure strict adherence to OSHA, DOT regulations, and company SOPs.
  • Conduct safety training and certification programs for field service personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all service operations.
  • Perform quality control audits and oversee documentation to ensure service excellence.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Field Service Technicians to build a high-performing team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and professional development programs to enhance skills and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Project Managers to support service project planning, estimating, and execution.
  • Manage budgets, workforce utilization, and cost control for field service operations.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including efficiency, response times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute Capital Expenditure (CapEx) purchases for tools, equipment, and technology upgrades.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer service issues, warranty claims, and project-related inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and professional customer support, providing technical guidance and solutions.
  • Lead emergency response efforts and coordinate on-call field service teams to address urgent issues.
