About The Position

MasterTech is hiring an experienced Field Services Foreman/Manager based in Phoenix, Arizona. The role calls for extensive experience in mining, drilling, and/or construction, strong technical knowledge of mining and heavy equipment, and a record of leading technicians in shop and/or field service environments. Occasional travel is required, and the candidate must be able to travel when needed.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:00 AM start time. The advertised salary is $190,000–$200,000 per year. Benefits include employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, a 401(k) with matching up to 6%, and a company vehicle and fuel card.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience overseeing and leading a team of technicians.
• At least 5 years of experience in mining, drilling, and/or construction industries.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Diesel Technician or Heavy Equipment Technician.
• Experience training apprentice-level technicians.
• Experience with inventory control, coordinating with outside vendors, setting efficiency targets, budgeting, and implementing safety standards.
• Ability to travel when needed.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong technical skill set involving mining and heavy equipment.
