About The Position

MasterTech is seeking a highly experienced Field Services Foreman/Manager based in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in mining, drilling, and/or construction, strong technical knowledge of mining and heavy equipment, and a track record of leading technicians in shop and/or field service environments. The role involves overseeing and leading technicians, training apprentice-level technicians, and supporting service operations through inventory control, vendor coordination, efficiency targets, budgeting, and safety standards. Occasional travel is required. Compensation is $190,000–$200,000 per year. The schedule is Monday to Friday with a 6:00 a.m. start time. Requirements

At least 3 years of experience overseeing and leading a team of technicians.
At least 5 years of experience in mining, drilling, and/or construction industries.
At least 5 years working as a Diesel Technician or Heavy Equipment Technician.
Experience training apprentice-level technicians.
Experience with inventory control, coordinating with outside vendors, setting efficiency targets, budgeting, and implementing safety standards.
Ability to travel when needed.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong technical skill set with mining and heavy equipment.
