About The Position

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee residential roofing projects and day-to-day field operations. The role supervises crews, coordinates workflow, and ensures safety and quality standards are met from project start to finish. The Field Supervisor leads job-site execution and communication among crews, homeowners, and internal teams while reinforcing customer service expectations. The position primarily takes place at work sites and includes daily travel within the home market.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable, clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season.
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years of industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work follows the scope of work and is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
• Supervise crew members on projects, including projects involving subcontractors.
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners throughout projects.
• Prepare and collect invoices after jobs are completed.
• Identify other necessary repairs, such as roofing and gutters.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Travel daily within the home market.
• Mentor and train crew members, supporting skill development and team cohesion.
