This position provides support for the installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for USPS automation equipment. Additionally, this role trains employees, and identifies, analyses, counsels on, and guides, the repairs of USPS automation equipment failures. This role also develops procedures and processes to prevent potential future equipment failures and issues, and develops life cycle support documentation, to include maintenance and safety procedures based on engineering, vendor, and COTS information. Candidates must be able to obtain a USPS Public Trust clearance. This requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status (Green Card), and the ability to pass a stringent background check.
