About The Position

Drive regional technology initiatives by providing hands-on, "boots-on-the-ground" leadership during new market implementations and major project go-lives to ensure seamless operational transitions. Serve as the primary technical advisor and escalation point for complex operational issues, collaborating closely with regional and national leadership to maintain system reliability and strategic alignment. Lead and mentor the Logistics Coordinator team, establishing standard best practices and clear role definitions to empower the team and optimize their daily workflows. Partner proactively with clinical and business leaders to identify technology "hot spots" and shape strategic decisions, moving beyond standard order-taking to act as a trusted operational advisor. Oversee local projects and Integrated Work Packages, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and tailored to meet the specific needs of the local healthcare market.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
  • 7+ years in Information Technology
  • 5+ years of director level experience
  • Experience in reporting to Senior leadership

  • Master's degree preferred
