About The Position

PMI Southeast CT is hiring a full-time Field Services Coordinator to serve as its eyes and ears at properties managed across Southeastern Connecticut. The coordinator conducts move-in and move-out inspections, routine property checks, and on-site meetings with vendors and insurance representatives, keeping the office team and property owners informed about property conditions. A company vehicle is provided for field work. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work for move-ins, move-outs, or urgent property issues. Compensation is $21–$25 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

Sharp eye for detail and ability to prepare clear, accurate written reports.
Professional, reliable communication with tenants, vendors, and insurance representatives.
Organized and comfortable managing a full day of appointments independently.
Comfortable using a smartphone, apps, and property management software.
Able to climb stairs, access basements and attics, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, required to operate the company vehicle.

Nice To Haves

Experience in property management, real estate, maintenance, construction, or insurance field work is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and prepare detailed photo and condition reports.
Perform routine and drive-by property inspections; these are not licensed home inspections.
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including keys, lockboxes, and walk-throughs.
Meet vendors, contractors, insurance agents, and adjusters at properties.
Verify that vendor work is completed correctly and document the results.
Report maintenance needs, damage, and safety concerns to the property management team.
Post notices and signs and handle other field tasks as needed.
Keep inspection records and photos up to date in the property management software.
