About The Position
MasterTech is seeking entry-level Industrial Technicians to be based near an International Airport. This role requires extensive travel to customer locations for the on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring machinery is properly installed and operational. Field Service Techs will also be responsible for on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery, along with reporting issues and completing documentation.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and communication.
- Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation.
Nice To Haves
- Previous printing, corrugated, prepress, postpress, flexo presses, folding and other printing/boxing equipment is extremely beneficial.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred.
- Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring.
- Knowledge of SPS Programming, automation technology and drive technologies.
Responsibilities
