About The Position

EnerStar Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their results-driven team. This role is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and values safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. The technician will be at the forefront of supporting clients with rig moves, new setups, rig releases, and infield repairs, making a direct impact every day. This position involves close collaboration with the Field Supervisor to ensure high-quality service and clear communication with clients. The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys travel, and desires to grow into leadership.

Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to properly wear and utilize all Personal Protective Equipment as required
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Active listener; responds in professional manner
  • Able to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to be on call; able to work nights and weekends if needed
  • Able and willing to travel out of town as needed
  • Able to run electronic software, including but not limited to smart phones, computers, metering devices, etc
  • Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs on a regular basis
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Self-Motivator, ability to motivate others
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Must be medically fit to handle physically demanding tasks and work in varying environmental conditions.
  • Must have the physical ability to safely perform tasks including frequent lifting (must be able to lift 50 pounds), bending, climbing, walking, standing for extended periods, and working in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols
  • Champion EnerStar Core Values in all professional activities
  • Communicate with Lead Service Techs and Field Supervisor on a regular basis
  • Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all tickets are signed prior to leaving location
  • Maintain safe, efficient and quality service while on client locations
  • Promote quality assurance to clients
  • Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned
