About The Position

The Field Service Technician is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and values safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. EnerStar is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our results-driven team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting our clients with rig moves, new setups, rig releases, and infield repairs making a direct impact every day. You’ll work closely with our Field Supervisor, ensuring high-quality service and clear communication with clients. Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to properly wear and utilize all Personal Protective Equipment as required
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Active listener; responds in professional manner
  • Able to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to be on call; able to work nights and weekends if needed
  • Able and willing to travel out of town as needed
  • Able to run electronic software, including but not limited to smart phones, computers, metering devices, etc
  • Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs on a regular basis
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Self-Motivator, ability to motivate others
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Ability to effectively multi-task

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols
  • Champion EnerStar Core Values in all professional activities
  • Communicate with Lead Service Techs and Field Supervisor on a regular basis
  • Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all tickets are signed prior to leaving location
  • Maintain safe, efficient and quality service while on client locations
  • Promote quality assurance to clients
  • Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned
  • Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar.
