This position will be based at our Tulsa, OK location. The candidate will be responsible for duties which include, but are not limited to: In this position you will maintain and repair a variety of actuated valves and equipment to ensure their safe operation.

Requirements

  • 2 years of Industrial Electrical and/or Automation experience
  • Ability to read and translate electrical drawings and schematics
  • Electrical troubleshooting with Fluke 787/789 Process meter
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and control loop circuitry
  • Basic knowledge of valve design and function
  • Basic knowledge of valve automation

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of industrial controls experience and/or 2 year Associates degree in Instrumentation/Electrical controls related field
  • Ability to install, calibrate and troubleshoot automated control valves
  • Basic knowledge and understanding in process controls and P&ID control loops
  • Basic knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic driven systems

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair a variety of actuated valves and equipment to ensure their safe operation.
  • Check equipment and troubleshoot to identify problem areas.
  • Repair and/or replace electrical equipment, motors and control panels.
  • Make adjustments on all electrical equipment including setting voltage, feedback and checking for proper output.
  • Repair and install control kits.
  • Track time spent on equipment repair and prepare accurate paperwork timely.
  • Check equipment for safe operating features.
  • Accurately order needed parts under Company Policy, including communication with all necessary vendors and suppliers, when necessary and without supervision.
  • Maintain a safe work environment at all times, understand and comply with all policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
