About The Position

Daniels Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team, supporting hospitals with critical medical waste services. This role involves hands-on work, including container exchanges, inspections, and servicing in clinical areas. The technician will be responsible for lifting containers, pushing/pulling carts, maintaining inventory, using a smartphone for task management, and ensuring staging areas are clean. The position requires representing Daniels Health with professionalism and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

Physically fit, comfortable with heavy lifting, and enjoys active, on-the-go work.
Personal transportation to both work sites.
Team player who can also work independently without direct supervision.
Strong attention to detail—especially when it comes to paperwork and procedures.
Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel between assigned locations.
A can-do attitude and previous experience in a labor-intensive or logistics role.

Responsibilities

Working directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation.
Inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areas—this includes entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients.
Lifting containers (up to 50 lbs) and pushing/pulling carts (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day.
Maintaining inventory of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized.
Using a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team.
Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.
Representing Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
